With his impressive track record as both a player and a coach at the highest international level, Filip brings an incredible amount of knowledge, passion, and experience to our academy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coaching Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nFor over a decade, Filip has worked with some of the best talents in Europe:<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Croatian National Junior Team Captain since 2015<\/strong> (U14 &amp; U16)<br \/>\n\u2022 Guided players at prestigious international junior team competitions across Europe<br \/>\n\u2022 Coaching experience at all four Grand Slam tournaments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Success Stories<\/strong><br \/>\nFilip has been the personal coach of numerous ATP and WTA players, including:<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Matej Dodig<\/strong> \u2013 2025 Trieste Challenger 100 Champion; #15 in Juniors<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Nino Serdaru\u0161i\u0107<\/strong> \u2013 ATP Umag 250 Doubles Champion &amp; Davis Cup Team Member<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Tara W\u00fcrth<\/strong> \u2013 WTA #147 (career-high)<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Gergana Topalova<\/strong> \u2013 WTA #208<br \/>\n\u2022 Plus several juniors achieving top international rankings and European titles<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Coaching Credentials<\/strong><br \/>\nFilip holds a<strong> GPTCA B-Level ATP Certified License<\/strong>, ensuring a strong professional foundation in high-performance coaching.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Playing Career<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a junior, Filip was a <strong>Top 10 Croatian player<\/strong> across U14, U16, and U18, reaching the semi-finals at multiple National Championships and contributing to team victories in the Croatian Premier League and U18 National Team events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What This Means for Our Academy<\/strong><br \/>\nFilip\u2019s arrival is a huge win for our players. His international expertise, proven success in developing top juniors and pros, and his holistic coaching philosophy will bring <strong>a new level of quality and opportunity<\/strong> to everyone training with us. In winter, Filip will work in Vitis and in our new location in Baden.
