Our mental coaching program is designed to help athletes build the psychological skills required to perform consistently under pressure, manage challenges effectively and maximize both athletic and personal development.
A key part of our approach is that the work extends far beyond the actual session time. Every session includes extensive preparation, analysis, evaluation and follow-up work tailored individually to the athlete. This behind-the-scenes work is fully included in the pricing and is essential for creating sustainable progress rather than isolated conversations.
As mental coaching sessions require extensive preparation, analysis, evaluation and follow-up work outside the actual session time, they are charged equivalent to standard tennis lessons (summer pricing).
