About Bojan

Bojan Bozovic came to Switzerland in 2012 as a young, hardworking, ambitious, man with a vision. He was a young and successful tennis player with powerful new ideas which encourage the practice of responsibility and accountability for the future. Those ideas have given positive effects.

He immediately set to work with great effort, building a path towards the realization of his goal, which was the formation of a tennis academy. He has known that effort and persistence are on his side and that they are often the only things you truly need. Finally, he founded his Academy in 2014, where he was working as a tennis coach, president, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as well, which is still his basic function. His duties are now based on setting up the system, development, and organization at a higher level. They also include the oversight of day-to-day operations and management decisions, as well as developing, implementing, and executing the Academy’s long and short-term plans.

“Success starts with the mindset: the right idea, the right motivation, and a real sense of purpose. Responsibility and hard work provide the perfect recipe for success. A wonderful definition of happiness is when you reach the stage where you look behind you and see that you have achieved your goals, when you feel fulfilled and when your life has a meaning”.

Bojan spent 25 years of his life playing and later coaching tennis. He was fortunate to have mentors like Goran Zindovic, Bozidar Matic, Sascha Rudolph, Novak Djokovic, Marian Vajda, Goran Ivanisevic, Marco Panichi and Miljan Amanovic, who guided and helped him develop himself. On his way, he has learned from all the people and picked up at least something good from everyone. They have taught him that DEVELOPMENT and RESPECT for the game are paramount to having the best tennis knowledge or playing experience.

Bozovic has developed his players and has been focused on making coaches and players in his Academy better every day. Bojan is one of a few tennis workers who can boast that he was a European champion himself. In addition, as a coach he made a European champion player. He found and sponsored on a current European tennis champion in the under-14 competition – Nikola Djosic. Bozovic Academy was Djosic's tennis home for three years, now as a great hope of Swiss tennis, he is in the program of Swiss Tennis Association and the national center. Bozovic Tennis Academy has had close cooperation with Swiss Tennis Federation, which has publicly praised the work of Bojan's academy and sent a letter to all clubs in this country as an example of the path to follow.

“He will always be our member, and we are very proud of everything he and we achieved in a short period. We wish Nikola to continue winning gold medals, we wish us to continue building new tennis stars.”

Also, Bojan was a sports director of Novak Tennis Center in Belgrade in 2021, where he has been one of the main links in setting up the system, organization, and founding Novak Tennis Academy. He has been helping in developing a tennis club in Foca, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he has a plan to organize a tennis tournament and set up a good structure.
